Marc Kramer joined Fenway Partners in 2002.  He has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s investing activities and leads Fenway’s Transportation and Logistics investment practice.

Prior to joining Fenway, Kramer was a principal at Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, where he spent five years pursuing consolidation strategies across middle market manufacturing and distribution-based businesses.

Previously, Kramer was a consultant for Corporate Decisions Inc., a Boston-based consulting firm, where he split his time between strategy engagements for senior management of Fortune 100 companies and private equity due diligence engagements.

Kramer earned a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s of arts degree, cum laude, in government from Dartmouth College.
