Thomas Sullivan joined Investcorp in 1996 as a Principal in the private equity team. Since he joined the firm, Thomas has had primary responsibilities for The William Carter Company, The Werner Company, ECI Conference Call Services, US Unwired and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Thomas joined Investcorp from The Leslie Fay Companies, Inc., where he held the positions of Vice President and Treasurer, with responsibilities in finance, strategic planning and operations. Before he joined Leslie Fay, he was associated with Arthur Andersen & Co., latterly as Senior Manager, Corporate Recovery Services Group where he focused on financial and strategic turnarounds of troubled or bankrupt companies. His early years at Arthur Andersen & Co. were spent in the company's audit practice.

Thomas holds a BSc in Accounting from Villanova University, Pennsylvania.
