Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new account base through combination of cold calling, following up on leads, and networking. Attend trade shows and conferences to further develop client base. Make introductory contact with new accounts, and maintain effective relationships with existing accounts. Maintain existing clients through a systematic quality control process contacting clients to ensure their satisfaction and potentially gain further business. Act as the point of contact for clients in the event of any conflicts or concerns with operations or customer service. Work with departments to effectively find resolution and ensure client's needs are met. Aid in assigning accounts to Customer Service Representatives.
- Work with IT Department and sales team to maintain sales material contained on website and to develop marketing collateral.
- Develop effective communication linkages with the customer and other functional areas of the firm to ensure a high level of customer service. Establish quotes and billing procedures for each customer, and partner with the billing department for a proper set-up in system. Maintain accuracy through monthly audits of customer bills.
- Interact with other departmental management to achieve goals. Attend warehouse meetings as needed.
