GREATWIDE LOGISTICS SERVICES ACQUIRES CAMRETT, INC. TO BUILD ON ITS LEADERSHIP POSITION WITHIN THE REFRIGERATED DEDICATED CONTRACT CARRIAGE MARKET

DALLAS (April 8, 2008) Greatwide Logistics Services - a national provider of non-asset-based transportation and third-party logistics services - announced today that it has acquired Wytheville, Va., based Camrett, Inc. ("Camrett"), and related companies.

Privately-held Camrett provides dedicated contract carriage services to top name clients across a variety of industries including grocery, automotive, retail and wholesale. Key customers include The Kroger Co, Pepsi Bottling Group, Gatorade, Crown Cork & Seal, Cardinal Glass, TRW Steering Gears, Atsumicar, and Volvo Logistics.

Camrett will be integrated into Greatwide's Dedicated Transport business unit which is the largest of Greatwide's business units and the second largest dedicated contract carriage provider in the United States. "The acquisition of Camrett allows us to advance our dedicated contract carriage leadership position in the grocery and food markets." said Ray Greer, CEO of Greatwide Logistics Services. "It also allows us to expand geographically while simultaneously increasing our operational and market density in the Southeast."

Founded in 1995, Camrett has grown from a small, single location dedicated contract carriage operator to one that serves customers in multiple terminals located in Virginia, Indiana and Georgia. The company has approximately 90 company drivers, operates a fleet of approximately 80 tractors, and in 2007, generated approximately $16.5 million in revenue.

"We were attracted to Greatwide because of its reputation as one of the industry's most respected dedicated grocery carriers in the United States and because of its fit with our culture and our customers" said Collin Peel, president and co-founder of Camrett. "We've built our business by offering our customers flexible and high quality capacity. In most cases, Greatwide's existing dedicated operations are located near our customers' distribution centers which will allow us to better serve our customers and grow faster than either of us could have done separately."
