o Dedicated Transport:
Asset-light, dedicated contract carrier to major retail clients, such
as Wal-Mart, Target, PepsiCo, Nordstrom and Sysco
o Truckload Management: Non-asset based, irregular route
truckload service for clients, including Wal-Mart, UPS, Dow, Ford
Motor, GM and IBM
o Truckload Brokerage: Non-asset-based, full-service truckload
brokerage operation with 18 domestic offices serving clients such as
Coca Cola, Kraft, Wal-Mart, Kroger, General Tire, Del Monte, Nestle and
Keebler
o Distribution Logistics: Asset-light warehouse and distribution
logistics operation with 3.6 million square feet of warehouse space,
serving clients such as Coca Cola, Walgreens, Target and Pier 1 Imports
